  On my trip through Georgia, I was almost ran off the road then blinded by the driver with the spotlights on the back of the flatbed for no real good reason. He was weaving in and out of traffic at 90+mph. Over 100 at times. His license plate was not visible but I made out Johnson Towing Warrenton Ga and I was near Camak, Ga on 20 West heading into Atlanta. I recorded video but I am unable to post it on the google review.
